First and foremost, to be transparent about LinkedIn outreach campaign success.
Second, to act as a benchmark for those who don't know what a "good" campaign looks like.
Finally, to show our thought process at a high level when making campaigns and some platform analysis.
There is so much advice on LinkedIn, YouTube, and blog articles that either make it seem that LinkedIn outreach doesn't work anymore OR if you aren't getting a 50% positive response rate, you're doing something very wrong.
This document is not making such claims. I believe our process is great, and these campaign numbers represent what's realistically achievable with proper implementation. I call out in my campaign descriptions how I would improve given another shot. This document explains our process for LinkedIn outreach campaigns and what it takes to get positive responses.
One of the first things a potential customer asks when working with our platform is "how many positive responses should we expect?" Unless I can relate your campaign to one we have run in the past, truthfully, I don't know. For better or worse, automated LinkedIn outreach is more like a private ads network than an SDR you can push to get more meetings.
This document serves as a reference for potential customers or anyone viewing it to relate what they are promoting to campaigns we have benchmarked numbers for.
This document includes data like average connection acceptance rate, response rates, and a high-level overview of each campaign. What will not be included is the exact targeting criteria or the complete message copy. This is to protect our clients' IP and what's working for their campaigns, not to hide anything from the reader.
